CABIN RATES
In season (April – Oct.)
LIBERTY LOFT: daily rate: $120 for 2 people, weekly rate: $720 for up to 5 people, monthly rate: (4 weeks): $2,160 $
BIRD’S NEST: daily rate: $100 for 2 people, weekly rate: $600 for up to 3 people, monthly rate (4 weeks): $1,800
HAYLOFT: daily rate: $110 for 2 people, weekly rate: $660 for up to 4 people, monthly rate (4 weeks): $1,980
$15 each additional adult, $5 each additional child (between 12 -18 yrs.)
Off season (Nov. – March)
LIBERTY LOFT: daily rate: $105 for 2 people, weekly rate: $600 for up to 5 people, monthly rate (4 weeks): $1,800
BIRD’S NEST: daily rate: $85 for 2 people, weekly rate: $485 for up to 3 people, monthly rate (4 weeks): $1,455
HAYLOFT: daily rate: $95 for 2 people, weekly rate: $570 for up to 4 people, monthly rate (4 weeks): $1,710
$10 each additional adult, $5 each additional child (between 12 -18 yrs)

- ¨ Minimum 2 night stay
- ¨ No refunds will be issued for early departure.
- ¨ Rates are subject to change.
- ¨ Cabin reservations require a 50% (1/2 of the full rate) deposit, which is fully refundable if we are notified 30 days in advance. If we are notified 15 days in advance you will receive a full credit of the deposit toward another date or 25% of your deposit. If we are notified less than 15 days in advance, you will receive a full credit of the deposit, but will not be given a refund. The balance, after your deposit, will be due upon arrival.
